Legal advice and assistance whitin international jurisdiction  

Kco attorneys is the Norwegian participant in the international lawyer collaboration European Law Firm, ELF, which was founded in 1989, and which now consists of law firms from most European countries, including all the EU countries, totalling 20 national states.

The purpose of our participation in ELF is first and foremost to be able to offer our clients and business connections legal advice from foreign sources, and possibly representation abroad. At the same time we wished to be updated on, and be able to refer to specialised expertise within the new legal areas of EU and EEA law which has become a part of the Norwegian legal picture after the EEA agreement came into force for Norway with effect from 1 January 1994.

All ELF members meet several times a year in different places in Europe. This means that we have a personal acquaintance with members in each country.

Advocate Geir Knutsen in Kco attorneys has been elected President of European Law Firm.
